Parent Dogs
While we do offer a variety of breeds rest assured our parent dogs are loved on constantly, well groomed and in a clean cozy environment. They are regularly seen by our vet and health screened as needed. We make sure they and your future companion come from a happy home here and it shows!
Policy
Breezy Hill Puppies requires a non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy that is under 8 weeks old. This deposit ensures that the chosen puppy is held for the buyer until it is ready to be picked up. It's important to note that if the buyer decides not to proceed with the purchase, the deposit will not be refunded. This deposit can also be applied to a future purchase. However, if the puppy is found to have a life-threatening illness or disease (excluding parasites) within 1 year of purchase, puppy must be seen by a licensed veterinarian to activate the health guarentee. If a life-threatening illness or disease is found the buyer may return the puppy for an exchange.
🐾 Health Guarantee
We care deeply about the health and well-being of our puppies, and we want you to feel confident and secure in your new addition to the family. That’s why we offer the following Health Guarantee:
✅ Initial Health Check
All of our puppies receive a full health check from a licensed veterinarian before going to their new homes. They will be up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, and come with a detailed health record.
🐶 72-Hour Health Check
We ask that you take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of bringing them home. If your vet finds a serious health issue that was present before the puppy left our care, you may return the puppy for a replacement puppy of equal value (based on availability).
❤️ One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
We stand behind the health of our puppies. If your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic disorder within the first 12 months, we will offer either:

A replacement puppy of equal value (when available), or

A partial refund (based on the severity of the condition and veterinary documentation provided).

📋 Buyer Responsibilities
To keep the guarantee valid:

Your puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup/delivery.

Regular veterinary care, vaccinations, proper diet, and a safe environment must be maintained.

Proof of any diagnosis and medical records must be provided for any health-related claims.
